How Baroan helped an Advertising Firm Collaborate with SharePoint Online 2010

SharePoint search allows for easier document retrieval. Fumbling through the Outlook inbox is a thing of the past.

Clients can also access a separate, secure area of the site by using Microsoft Live IDs.

SharePoint 2010 online allowed this firm to work on documents more effectively and collaborate with clients while avoiding the hassles of emailing documents. All client-related work is now in a central, searchable repository rather than 20 separate Outlook inboxes and assorted file shares.

  1. It is good that there are programs like this that makes document management easier. Puuting your files on computer and organizing them is much easier than when they are on paper but you still need these kinds of help for an easier job. document scanning services

  3. I agree with Maylie. We could also use email encryption software to protect the documents that we share through emails. This could secure our files that are confidential and important.

  4. Having a good program for document organization and protection really helps different firms and companies including those that offer printing services. It is important that they have at least a one week compilation of their customer's files so in case they would come back, you can still be of service to them.
